2025 Promotion Ceremony
We recently had our annual promotion ceremony. Many students received stripes and we had a hand full of our youth students be promoted to the next belt level. In the adult class most everyone received stripes (with three purple belts being moved to fourth degree, so we might have some new brown belts next year). But we only had two belt promotions. One went to Giulio Di Francia who moved to blue belt. He has been training for 2 years. Watch out for his Ezekiel chokes from bot

Everyone placed first in one of their divisions and came back to place in the top three in their second division as well (with one student placing first in both divisions). The highlight of the day was when one of our students received her gray belt on the podium after just a year o

Triune Competes at Tap Cancer Out, Austin 2025
Triune of Texas BJJ took its annual trip down to Austin, Texas, to participate in Tap Cancer Out. This year, we were awarded a banner from Tap Cancer Out for raising more than $20,000 towards cancer research in the few years we have been attending. On top of that, both our youth and adult teams brought home medals. As a team, we also took 3rd out of 70 teams represented (11 golds, 6 silvers, 5 bronze medals). Among the top three teams, we had the best win/loss ratio. We did t
