John moving out of state

When it comes to students quitting BJJ, there are thousands. But when it comes to students having to leave their gym and train somewhere else because they're moving out of state... in the history of Triune of Texas, there have only been two. John had his last week with us and is currently in the process of moving up north. He has already been checking out the gyms in the town he's heading to but has said multiple times that he will miss Triune and the culture of the gym. In his last gi class, Professor Jimmy added stripes to his belt, not as a parting gift, but because John has earned them (he is leaving right before our annual promotion ceremony). John will be missed, and we wish him the best in his next hometown. We know any gym he joins will be lucky to have him!
